Cancellation Policy
📑 Nexus Nights Rental Terms & Policies By booking with Nexus Nights, you agree to the following terms. These policies are legally binding and apply to all rentals. 💳 1. 40% Booking Deposit (Non-Refundable) A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your rental and event date. This covers prep, scheduling, and holds your spot. Remaining balance is due before delivery or setup. ⏳ 2. Cancellation Policy (48-Hour Window) 48+ hours before event: No additional charges; deposit is retained. Less than 48 hours or no-shows: You are responsible for 75% of the total rental cost. Any unpaid balance will be invoiced. 🔐 3. Refundable Security Deposit All rentals require a refundable security deposit. Amounts range from 20–50% of item value, based on risk and equipment type. Refunds are issued within 3 business days if items are returned clean, on time, and undamaged. Clients are liable for full replacement value of lost or unrepairable items. The deposit does not limit liability. 🧽 4. Cleaning Fee Rentals must be returned in reasonably clean condition (simple wipe or rinse). $50 for concessions/equipment $75–$100 for large inflatables If returned clean, this fee is refunded. 🚚 5. Delivery & Travel Free delivery within 25 miles of Oakland. A $3 per mile (one-way) travel fee applies beyond that. ⏰ 6. Late Returns A $50/hour fee applies to all late returns. Communicate in advance to avoid charges. ⚠️ 7. Damage & Liability Clients are responsible for all rental items from drop-off to pickup. Charges apply for damage, loss, or neglect. Items beyond repair will be billed at full replacement value. ✍️ 8. Contract Agreement All clients must sign a rental contract. By booking, you accept all terms listed here.
