A night out, open to our neighbors.
We’ve hosted movie nights that were free for the community—shared screens, shared moments, and a chance to enjoy an evening together.
ABOUT NEXUS NIGHTS
Equipment brings the fun. Connection makes the event.

ABOUT NEXUS NIGHTS
Why Nexus?
A great event takes more than one rental. It takes the right pieces working together. Nexus Nights was built to make party planning easier by giving Bay Area hosts one reliable place for entertainment, sound, seating, concessions, power, event experiences, and the equipment that brings everything together.
From backyard birthdays and school celebrations to community events, movie nights, and full party setups, our goal is simple: help you spend less time coordinating vendors and more time enjoying the people you brought together.
That is the meaning behind Nexus: bringing the pieces of your event together.

ROOTED IN OAKLAND. CONNECTED TO THE BAY.
Good events bring a community together.
Trust is built in the details: clear communication, coordinated delivery and setup, and a crew that understands the gathering behind the order.
We’re for the community. Nexus Nights has hosted free community movie nights, creating a place for neighbors and families to come together without an admission cost. Bringing people together is part of our work, beyond the rentals.
Showing up for Oakland.
Our community connections include Oakland Parks & Recreation. Supporting local gatherings and the people who organize them is part of how Nexus Nights stays rooted in the city.
Trust, built through the work.
From family celebrations to community events, we focus on clear communication, coordinated setup, and practical event support. It’s how we earn the next invitation.
Nexus Nights is also part of a local network of creatives, educators, and community organizations. Our collaborators bring their own strengths, from educational adventures and visual storytelling to community resources.
